Noodle Salad
This is so easy – no chopping, and you'll just need 2 bowls and 1 spoon. Ramen noodles (and other varieties such as udon and soba) are ready to eat noodles found in the Asian section in the supermarket (not in the fridge).
Serves 4.
Two 150g packets ramen noodles
425g can baby corn cuts and tips, drained
420g can peas and carrots
1 tbs white wine vinegar
2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
Place noodles in a large bowl with 2–3 tablespoons bottled water and separate the noodles. Drain, then add corn and pea and carrot mix.
Mix together vinegar and sauce in a small bowl and pour over noodle mix. Stir to combine and serve.
